Welcome to Sessions with Sammie: Domestic Violence - A video support programme for both victims and their families.

All too often we feel like we are outcast or isolated because the people around us cannot identify with the depth of our feelings. This isolation can distract from us dealing with our challenges as we pretend that everything is ‘normal’ .

Through the sessions, I want to help you face your sadness and let go of any negatives. To move towards an honest and productive future and most of all show you how you can have “Freedom Through Responsibility”

Domestic Abuse is something that can happen to anyone, at anytime and appears in many different forms. It’s not dictated by social class or education, race, age or sex. It’s something that affects both men and women, and can have devastating consequences for any children that live within an abusive household.

Domestic Abuse is a topic that’s very close to my heart which is why I’ve decided to make a programme specially dedicated to it to help those who are living with its effects.

I hope you find this programme helpful and that it leaves you feeling a little less lost and alone. Remember Domestic Abuse is never acceptable and together we can stop it.”
