SYM Kitchens is a modern food brand incubator. After a seed investment in the Winter of 2021, SYM Kitchens opened its first cloud kitchen in March 2022 in Culver City and has launched its first two brands: XENiA, a Modern Mediterranean Grill, and Yaki Hīrō, an Izakaya-inspired Japanese grill. We have big goals for 2023, including launching two additional cloud kitchens and an entirely new third brand.
