Registration
You Can register yourself or your employer and relocation agent can also register and pay on your behalf, sending you a link to create your own login. Once you have created a login to your account you can set security level access if you have a nominated relocation agent.

Stages of Application
Stage1 – Tenant Application, entering your and any other occupants that will reside in the property, personal profile information.
Stage 2 – TAC processes all the Tenant Application Information.
Stage 3 – Property Application, you apply for properties

Tenant Application
We recommend you lodge your application between 1 – 3 months before you relocate. Your tenant application includes details such as your identification, living history, employment history, next of kin etc. You can log in and out as many times as required whilst completing your information.

Processing Application
TAC processes all the references and carries out database checks. Your Professional Application includes resume style cover page application summary, personal profile information, property application information, uploads, photos, identification and references, TAC processing information including reference checks and database searchers.

Update
Once your tenant application has been processed by TAC, you can login and update any necessary changes. Should you lodge an application and the agent identifies incorrect or not up to date information, your application may not be considered.

Property Application
Upon approval of your Tenant Application you can start applying for properties. Once you have found the property you wish to call home, login to TAC complete the property details and link your professionally compiled application directly to the property managers inbox. If you have provided security level access to your relocation they can complete the property application details on your behalf, they can’t lodge the application, it can only be lodge by yourself.
