With Talentia HCM Mobile you can now manage HR workflows from anywhere, anytime. The easy to use Self Service app is designed for you to request holidays, manage leave such as sickness, complete your appraisal and provide access to download HR documents. Line managers have even more functionality along with the Self Service capabilities described and can also monitor team performance, approve pending workflow tasks such as holidays and monitor other performance indicators. The Talentia HCM Mobile is your HR department on the go.

The app will allow you to :

- Access your personal profile
- Monitor team performance indicators
- Check your own and your team’s absences
- Submit, approve and decline absence requests
- Submit, complete or review your or your team’s performance appraisal(s)
- Download your HR documents
- View your activity feed
- View your company directory
- View/Subscribe/Unsubscribe notifications and deadlines


Getting Started

To start using Talentia HCM Mobile, you must have an active Talentia HCM user account and a smart phone or tablet device. To enable access for this app, first logon to the Talentia HCM browser version, navigate to the options screen and register your device by scanning the QR Code.
