Tales - Share Your Life

Tales is a vlogging app for capturing and sharing your daily life with the world! It's the most fun and easy way to show what it's really like to be you. Capture up to 2 minutes of video throughout each day to show your life, and follow the lives of other people around the world every day!

Tales from all across the world are public, time-stamped, and placed on the global map. You can go back and see your life, your friends, your community, and the entire Earth at any point in time, day by day!

Understanding one another begins with understanding each other's daily lives - our daily passions, struggles, small victories. Thus, by helping people all around the world to tell their Tales day by day, we hope to bring the world closer together.

We want to create a movement where everyone better realizes how similar and simply *human* we all are - regardless of race, religion, location, socioeconomic background, or anything else that unnecessarily divides us. Instead, let's realize we're all just brothers and sisters, and move forward as one family to a brighter future!


--- Why the 2-minute daily limit? ---
• Don't worry about when or how much to share - we all have the same simple 2-minute goal each day!
• The daily timeframe encourages vlogging about your entire day, every day.
• Not too long - ain't nobody got time for super long videos or hours of editing!
• ... But not too short either! You can still capture plenty of meaningful content each day!


--- What should be on my Tale? ---
Your life! Happy or sad, funny or serious, a highlight or a rough patch - whatever it is that shows what it's like to be you, just own it and share it! It's your life's Tale, so whatever is in your life deserves to be in your Tale!


--- What about my fancy filters/lenses/effects/emojis?? ---
The focus is on you telling your own life's Tale in an authentic and personal way. We don't want those "fancy" things to get in the way of what really matters - who we actually are.
