***Step by step of the Talk to Bruno App for Members***

Gone are the days when Members would have to download multiple apps for the different services that they require. But thanks’ to the Talk to Bruno App, Members can now book multiple services like car wash, lawn care, dog grooming, barbers, makeup, hair styling, pool cleaning, electricians, handyman, etc., at the place they choose (their home, hotel, office, etc.) just with a few clicks on their tablet or smart phone device. Members (users) and Partners (service providers) need to login or signup on the app by entering their basic details like name, mobile number, and email address or with an existing social media profile. An email and/or text will be sent for verification purposes. For the Members, as soon as they complete the login, they are shown the application menu which contains all the services that are offered to Members on the Talk to Bruno app, like car wash, lawn care, barbers, makeup, pool cleaning, dog grooming, electricians, handyman, hair styling, etc. The Members choose the service they are looking for and a list of subcategories will appear for the Members to select. For example, if a Member clicks on barber, they are provided with a list of services offered under the barber section such as haircuts, beard trimming, etc. The Members are now presented with a list of Talk to Bruno Partners and they can filter their search based on featured, rating, and location. The Members can now tap on the Talk to Bruno Partners of their choice and a list with the services that are offered and PRICES for each is shown. It also allows Members to select a single or multiple service. Members can also see Partners’ bios and reviews. Members select the service or services that they require from the Talk to Bruno and then click Next, which in turn presents them with the service details including PRICES, coupons if any available, the service location, and if they (Member) want to “Do it Now” or “Do it Later”.
"Do it Now” (literally now, a signal will be sent and upon Partners acceptance the journey starts).
“Do it Later” (schedule a day and time).

Members enter their payment information with our secure payment gateway Stripe (currently) and can choose the location where the services are to be performed. Talk to Bruno and its Partners receive the request for the services that need to be provided along with the location where the Member wants the services and will then accept it based on availability.
After accepting the request, Members and Partners receive a notification on their device with "Talk to Bruno updates" and can keep track of the status. Members and Partners stay connected by the Talk to Bruno app via live tracking, texts, and calls. After each stage of the service a notification is sent;
ex: Arrived, Job started, Job completed.
Upon completion of the job, an auto invoice is generated containing the details of the service/services along with the payment receipt and is sent to the Member’s email address on file.
On the Talk to Bruno app, Member and Providers can review their experience upon completion of the project. Remember, when you need anything done, just Talk to Bruno.
