TalkWithEliza

TalkWithEliza is a faithful reimplementation of Weizenbaum's Eliza program that simulated a Rogerian psychotherapist. The app allows you to speak to Eliza and your voice will be converted to text and input to Eliza who will reply via speech generation. You can also change the voice that Eliza uses to speak to you.

In landscape mode you can view how Eliza works. It will show how your input is processed, the keyword selected and the appropriate rule applied.

You can view Eliza's rules which are the same as Weizenbaum's original program. You can also edit the rules or add new ones.

Speech recognition requires connection to the Internet.
