Tamil Calendar or Tamil Panchangam is an almanac for people of Tamilnadu and Tamil speaking community around the world.

This app gives details of Panchangam for every day of 2019 and 2020. Apart from giving details for Chennai (India), it also gives details for other places like Los Angeles (America), Chicago (America), Dubai (UAE), London (UK), Singapore (Singapore) and Sydney(Australia).

Good time and not good time and important festivals are also included. Any day in the year 2019 and 2020 can be selected. A calendar view is provided which gives information at a month level. Using settings screen a different place can be selected.

A simple editor to type in Tamil language. Typed text can be copied to other applications. A predictive suggestion is provided as the user types letters. This application helps learners who are learning the language to type and understand the language.

Any letter can be typed in 3 steps. First select base letter, then select any gunintha that needs to be added. Then select any vatthu that needs to be added. So any possible Tamil letter can be added within these three steps.

Any new words entered by user are stored locally and they are shown as suggestions when user types first letter of that word. As user uses this application over a period of time, more and more words are added locally and it becomes easy for user as more options are provided to user when types first letter.
