TAOM Tarot of Movement

TAOM is for all those who deeply feel that the body knows and remembers everything. It carries the imprint of past joys, sorrows, and wounds and holds the keys to authentic transformation.

For millennia, across all cultures, movement has been creative, liberating, and healing. From voodoo trances to shamanic rituals, from yogis to whirling dervishes, from the Maori haka to Japanese butoh, from tarantella to flamenco, from fest-noz to modern-day raves the dancing body frees the mind and transcends its blocks.

This conviction is our foundation.

Our paths crossed through our practices: 5Rhythms, Yoga, Gestalt therapy, and so many other dances. The Tarot of Movement was born in these joyful and intimate spaces — between the dance floor and the therapist’s office. We created it with our dancing souls, and the wish to make it as simple and accessible as possible.

We imagined it as a tool for sensitive introspection, a companion to your artistic, spiritual, or therapeutic practices. May it become a poetic ally to awaken your creativity.
