That means you don't have to schedule a group or event, no planning meeting new people days or weeks out, simply start a TAP, when someone asks to join and you accept them, they'll be able to come meet you right then. - We know safety is important, that's why only verified public locations are supported TAP locations. In this way, you can be relaxed when meeting new people. You also, of course, get the option to accept or reject anyone's request to join - and only until you accept will they know where to meet you.
