Taxiroo

Taxiroo is an on-demand service created by Regionwide Transit LLC.

It is our goal to broaden coverage in more remote areas. Drivers are encouraged to remain in their assigned geographic zone when not with a customer. Therefore if you don't see drivers on the map, it is because they are with other customers and not because they found better opportunities elsewhere.

Customers are able to schedule with a driver who is available and located within a 4 mile radius. All trips made with the Taxiroo app are one-way only. Multiple stops and waiting are not allowed. This is to ensure more people are able to use the service. As we grow, more services will be made available.

If a customer arranges a pickup but no driver has been assigned within 10 minutes, they can call a dispatcher at 931-381-5188 to get an estimated time a driver will be available, or they can schedule a ride with a Regionwide Transit driver. Rides not scheduled via the app may be charged more depending on the location of the customer relative to the operating area of Regionwide Transit LLC.

Most drivers are independent contractors who are using their own vehicles. Please respect the rules of each individual driver. All drivers have commercial liability insurance. All trips arranged through the Taxiroo service are paid with a card kept on file. Cash is not accepted unless it is a tip.
