The Tazio app is free to download and allows you to complete your video assessment straight from your iPhone or iPad.

Please note: each video is recorded to your device before being uploaded. You should ensure that there is sufficient free memory on your device to allow you to record your answers.

We've made the assessment process really simple and easy to follow. However, why not take a practice assessment first to get used to the process. Use the Assessment Code 10004-1271 and don't worry, this assessment will not be seen by the employer.

Video assessments are a great way for you to show potential employers why you're the right person for the job. Before you start your assessment, make sure you're in a comfortable position and you can be seen clearly on the screen. Ideally you want to be in a quiet, well lit room where you won't be disturbed.

Recruiters are looking for you to be clear and concise in your answers. So remember to read the questions carefully before your start your answer and make full use of the available thinking time to plan your answer. They'll also want you to demonstrate your enthusiasm and interest in the job and working for them. Most importantly, try and relax and be yourself. Good luck!
