Dabei hat jedes Organ zu bestimmten Zeiten eine aktive bzw. eine passive Phase.
Wacht man beispielsweise jede Nacht zwischen 1 und 3 Uhr auf, kann es sein, dass man Probleme mit der Leber hat, denn die hat dann ihre aktive Phase.
