Head instructor and UFC veteran Diego Saraiva, black belt in Nova União Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, has made his mark in the 155lb and 145lb divisions in MMA across the country. Saraiva and business partner, Koon Lau, opened the gym to create a family atmosphere that encourages learning, reaching fitness goals, and achieving a healthy lifestyle for all those interested. Team Octopus offers classes for all fitness levels and ages, with the goals of learning new skills and improving health.
