TEAMS Hazmat

The TEAMS HAZMAT Inspection app allows field staff to recreate the site in realtime within the app recording the various buildings, floors, and areas.

Within each area, the field agent can create and record HAZMAT materials including;
- Lead paint
- lead dust
- PCB
- SMF
- ODS
- ACM

For each sample type, the field agent records all of the information required to populate a HAZMAT Inspection report. This includes capturing;
- Description and position of item in the area
- Creating sample reference number for later analysis or cross-referencing
- Taking multiple photos of the item in the area
- Recording the quantity
- Recording the material assessment (and optionally priority assessment) of the item including;
- Level of identification
- Condition/Damage
- Surface treatment
- Extent
- Friability
- Recommended action to take
- Priority

Onsite, the field agent has access to the integrated plan designer for creating or importing basic plans for marking out where items are located and which (if any) areas have not been inspected.

At job shutdown, the data collection for the site is validated to ensure all values have been entered before the field agent can leave the site.

The HAZMAT app also benefits from the following common functionality including;
- Onsite signature capture with time and date stamps
- Personal risk assessment and equipment selection on job start-up
- Integrated photo capture
- Integrated plan designer canvas with east to use tools
- Synchronised mobile diary informing the field agent of new jobs and allowing completed jobs to be transferred back for further analysis and approval within the company’s TEAMS Cloud system.
