This companion app brings you notifications about new incidents affecting your meeting room devices that are part of the managed service. When a problem is detected in a meeting room, you'll receive a notification with an associated support ticket. In the app, you can view the details of an active investigation, including file attachments, and post a message to communicate with our experts.

This app is exclusive for organizations with Microsoft Teams Rooms Premium licenses and devices enrolled in the Teams Rooms Managed Services. Contact your company's IT administrator to find out if your organization is enrolled in this program.
