We’re a group of Harvard students whose goal is to make the world a better place one team at a time. Working in teams can be difficult and may be tough to handle. But, as each team member discovers the key ingredients to being a good team player, we can turn it into a positive experience for everyone.

Team Tips is a free and simple way to educate yourself on the various written and unwritten rules of working in a team. The playbook covers everything you need to know about teamwork and includes multiple self-diagnostic tools to assess your abilities and highlight areas for improvement.
