The Onboard Your Staff feature, managed by HR Managers and Team Leaders, ensures that new hires are smoothly integrated into the company. This involves introducing them to the company culture, policies, and their specific roles, helping them acclimate quickly and start contributing effectively. Complementing this is the Onboarding Training and Track Completion feature, overseen by Training Coordinators. They can assign, monitor, and verify the completion of mandatory onboarding training modules, ensuring that new employees meet the initial learning requirements necessary for their roles. This systematic approach to onboarding and training guarantees that new hires are well-prepared and informed, reducing the time to productivity.

Moreover, New Policy/Training Updates and Tracking, managed by Compliance Officers and Training Coordinators, ensures that all staff members are kept informed of new policies and training updates.
