1. Free pickup - Tech Tactic driver will come to your doorstep to pickup your computer.
2. Diagnose - Tech Tactic engineer will diagnose the problem and offer the solution and quotation.
3. Repair - If the quotation is agreeable and the payment is made, the tech tactic engineers will proceed with the repair or upgrade requested. If the quotation is not agreeable, the computer will be deliver back to you.
4. Deliver - The problem is solved and our tech tactic driver will deliver back the computer to you at no cost!
