Now you can send pre-recorded voice message or music file even if the receiving party has normal mobile and landline phones.
Telligram is a Voip application to deliver pre-recorded voice or music file using a Voip service provider.
Just register the application to Flowroute Voip service provider,select pre-recorded voice or music file,specify the number with country code as prefix and press call button.The application will dial the number and when called party answers,it will deliver the voice content.
Telligram App will disconnect the call automatically after 10 seconds.You can upgrade to full version using inApp purchases to send voice content of upto 5 minutes
