TelSpanWeb Mobile allows you to change the workspace layout, manage the privileges of other users, communicate via chat, share meeting notes, view screencasts, whiteboard and other media content, record sessions, create polls and invite others to a meeting - all over a WiFi, 3G or 4G connection.

HOW TO JOIN A MEETING
Once you've downloaded the free app, there are several easy ways you can connect:
• Tap the session link in an invitation you may have received
• Tap the session link in an Instant Message or on a website
• Open the TelSpanWeb app, click "Join Session", enter the URL of the session you want to attend and then connect as a guest- or as a registered user if you have your own TelSpanWeb account.

HOW TO HOST A MEETING
You'll need a registered TelSpanWeb account to host a meeting. There are several easy ways you can connect to host your meeting:
• Tap the session link in an email invitation
• Tap the session link in an Instant Message or on a website
• Open the TelSpanWeb app, click "Join Session" and enter the URL of the session you want to host. Log in using your TelSpanWeb account information. You'll have full Account Holder privileges.

AUDIO
You'll automatically be connected to the audio in the session and be able to hear others via Voice over IP. Depending on how the host decided to set up the room, you may be able to broadcast voice or video.
We highly recommend using a headset, such as the standard headset provided with your device, if you are going to broadcast audio. This will give everyone a much more pleasant experience.
