What is it about?

Temenos Collections-M is a debt management application that leverages mobile technologies and designed to empower your field collection agents with everything they need in the palm of their hand. Collections-M promotes better awareness and co-ordination of field agents’ activity via downloadable work queue, real-time tracking of agents, and transparency and automated reconciliation of customer payment and receipt. Field agents need not to worry if working remotely without Internet access, Collections-M supports offline mode, manual synching of queue, and security features like end-of-day disabling of the app to protect the customer and account information stored in the device.
