You're a treasure hunter who stumbles upon ancient temple ruins, which is pretty much the jackpot. But can you make it out alive?

A wide roster of characters. You can spend your coins on unlocking new characters. Each one has their own set of talents and play styles.
Hardcore platforming. Temple of Spikes is a difficult platformer that isn't for the faint-of-heart. You'll need super fast reflexes and always need to be on your toes to survive.
Use time control powers. You'll come across artifacts that grant you power over time. Use these to your advantage to rewind time and fix your mistakes, or just watch yourself be helpless to the traps of the temple.
What is it about?
Visually speaking, Temple of Spikes is beautiful with a unique 2D pixelated art style that serves as a nice homage to classic platformer games. It's a nice mix of 8 and 16-bit graphics, and the environments presented in the game are lush and wonderfully detailed. The colors in Temple of Spikes are a great mix of bright and vibrant with muted, earthy tones. Animations are smooth and fluid, with no issues of lag or choppy frame rates on my iPhone 8 Plus. The game's soundtrack is pretty fitting with an adventurous overtone that is reminiscent of Indiana Jones and the like. Overall, the developer did a great job with the visual and audio design of Temple of Spikes: The Legend.

In January 1980, a young and ambitious treasure hunter finds an ancient sanctuary hidden in the depths of an impassable jungle.
While exploring the temple, he discovers untold riches and powerful ancient artifacts. However, getting out of the temple with the treasure turns out to be quite a challenge.
The sanctuary is full of intricate deadly traps and its dark labyrinths abound in bloodthirsty beasts hunting for new souls.
Multiple skeletons scattered here and there are a sign that the temple had been visited before, but let no one out alive. The protagonist has no other options but to do everything he can to avoid the fate of his predecessors.
Our hero is accompanied by a mysterious grumpy ghost and an ancient stingy genie. These two unworldly creatures gradually reveal the details of the terrible events that unfolded at the Temple of Spikes centuries ago.
