Created by Greg Tang, New York Times bestselling author of The Grapes of Math, Ten Frame Mania is one of the games in the wide collection of education-focused, strong and trusted content that he has created in the last 16 years working as a professional developer for K-6 mathematics and is used in many schools across the world.
– What is this game? —
The goal of the game is eliminate numbers moving on a pathway. To eliminate them, you have to make them using a ten frame. As you progress through the levels, the numbers will enter the pathway sooner and will move faster through it. Can you make them fast enough and before they reach the end of the map? Can you go faster by using the shortcuts to fill the 5 or 10 frames, hence making the numbers more quickly?
There are six levels, each containing three rounds. As you progress through the levels, the range of the number and the amount of numbers are bigger. And the challenge grows too!
