Created by an agent for agents and tenants, this application is designed to streamline the leasing process and provide an app that assists from the very start (inspections) to the very end (when a tenant moves in).

With tenancy application you simply register, book your property inspection then if your ready to apply complete your Tenancy Application. Once application is complete, you can apply for Multiple Properties at no cost.
To make the process the smoother, select your Utility and Moving Services while applying for your property and it will be arranged on your behalf upon approval of your Tenancy Application.
You can also complete your Tenant Check which provides you with report to provide to your landlord/property manager showing your rental history.
A report may include the following:
• A tenant’s identity and background check
• Any breaches for your rental history (Blacklist).*
• Bankruptcy and Court Records
• ASIC Company Records Past or Present
*All checks are done using Government records and Rental history through Equifax - National Tenancy Database (NTD) including the Australian Government's Document Verification Service (DVS) by verifying your ID. Giving Peace of Mind to Landlords/Property Managers.
