Made for all club tennis players, tennis workouts including how to fix sessions, tennis ball machine exercises, tennis wall exercises, train with a partner drills, most effective tennis legs and tennis core exercises that you can do with minimum to no equipment.

You can also access “PLB Tennis Method® Academy” loaded with countless sessions covering every single corner in your game.

TennisFit App was designed by world class tennis coach Jan Metelka who had helped over 2000 Club tennis players so you also now have the chance to finally train on your own and unlock your full tennis potential!
