TensileAuditApp
What is it about?
TensileAudit is a simple app to log tensile tests and particle size checks in one place. It stores key tensile fields: Sample ID, Material, Cross-Sectional Area (mm²), Gauge Length (mm), Maximum Load (N), Ultimate Tensile Strength (MPa), Yield Strength (MPa), Elongation at Break (%), Test Date, and Notes. For particle size, it records Sample ID, Material, Method (sieve, laser, etc.), Mean Size (µm), Size Distribution (%), Date, and Notes. Built-in tools do the math: UTS (σ = F/A), Yield Strength by offset, and Elongation %. You also get True Stress–True Strain, Modulus of Elasticity (E), and Cross-Section Area calculators. Screens are clear, units are shown, and entry is quick. You can search and edit records fast, so nothing gets lost. Great for labs and shop floors that need clean, reliable results.
