App Store Description

Being aware of poor neck posture and the activities that cause it is the first step toward prevention.
"Neck Pain" guards your posture when you are using your device. Notifications are received if posture is not right.
Text neck symptoms tend to worsen when the neck is flexed forward into the position that originally caused the problem, such as while looking down and texting.
The amount of pressure on the neck more than doubles for every 15 degrees of neck bend. An average human head weighing just 12 pounds when upright becomes 60 pounds at a forward angle.

Reduce symptoms as:

- Pain in the upper back
- Mild ache in the neck
- Stiffness or sharp pain in the neck
- Reduced mobility in the shoulder/neck region
- Chronic or constant headache.
- Posture Change.
- Numbness felt in the Upper Back region.

"Neck Pain" requires access to your location in the background to track your device pickup and device posture to protect your neck even when you are using another app. Your data is safe and only stored locally. Data is available only to you and nobody else. The only way to track your posture even in the background is to keep Location Service Alway on.
