ThatLiftTracker lets you keep track of all of your favourite and not so favourite lifts in the gym. Whether you're in the gym to build muscle, lose weight or just to get stronger. Tracking your lifts helps you to stick with your workouts and lets you look back on how far you have come.

ThatLiftTracker lets you keep track of all of your favourite and not so favourite lifts in the gym. Whether you're in the gym to build muscle, lose weight or just to get stronger. Tracking your lifts helps you to stick with your workouts and lets you look back on how far you have come.
ThatLiftTracker provides a set of pre-defined lift types, you can stick with these or add your own custom lifts and track individual sets with the weight and number of reps. If you want to set your bodyweight in the apps settings, ThatLiftTracker will also keep a note of your bodyweight when you track a new lift personal best.
You can also view your progress over the last 7 days, month or year once you get tracking.
