The app will search for everyday health metric data, running workouts (indoor and outdoor), walking, biking and hiking within the last 180 days. For each workout or health metric the app will calculate an average value. The average is calculated over 14 days. So for each workout point, or health metric data, there will be an orange point that indicates the average value of the data the previous 14 days.
The idea by this 14 day average is to show how your most recent workouts are improving your average compared to your performance over a selected period. This way your performance will be compared to your own abilities and fitness level.
Each workout within the selected period will be listed in the workout view. The last workout in the selected category will be on the top and first in liste below the graphs. The workouts are classified in distance groups. The gauges for each workout session will compare the duration, average heart rate and pace within each distance group. This way you can compare your last run, hike, walk or cycling workout with similar sessions.
The guiding principle is that this app should try to minimize stress factors, like distance goals, VO2 max levels or weight. It hopefully can inspire to get up and move, and maybe go for a run now and then if you feel like. And if you are training for a specific event it should help you monitor improvement to you average performance.
