My workouts range from 25- 35 minutes in length and incorporate light hand & ankle weights to sculpt lean, long muscles throughout the body. With a focus on Barre, Pilates & Sculpt movement formats, we use music and tempos to propel our bodies through a fitness journey unlike any other.
