The Good Sauna is the Uk's premier, inner city spa, combining Finnish Sauna traditions and hydrotherapy to create a unique and uplifting experience. Our mission is to build community, whilst creating a relaxing environment to boost both mental and physical health, on a daily basis. Both an alternative meeting place to celebrate with friends, and a local resource to help you live a happier and healthier life.
