Here in the app, readers can access The Hagios Study in digital format for free and meditate on scripture through custom-created music compositions featured in dynamic video meditations.

THE BEATITUDES AND FRANCIS OF ASSISI

The first study available now in the app is The Beatitudes and Francis of Assisi, an exploration of Matthew 5:3-12. Along the shore of the Sea of Galilee, Jesus sat down with his disciples, trailed by crowds seeking his next miracle, to begin what is famously known as The Sermon on the Mount. Jesus began this series of teachings with what has been called, “The Beatitudes,” eight principles that ring familiar of the Psalms and other Old Testament biblical wisdom. In this study, we'll take an 8-week pilgrimage to Tabgha, Israel, and Northern Italy to explore these teachings as well as how Francis of Assisi can be our example of a holy and intentional response to God's word.

APP FEATURES COMING SOON

In an upcoming release, the ability to engage in small group discussion will be made available to all users. With this valued feature, you'll never have to leave the app when journeying together with your friends, family, or church.

FAQS

Are the studies really free on the app?

Yes, access to any of The Hagios Study Bible Studies is available for free in the app, allowing anyone to share in a scripture study regardless of budget. However, the printed version of the study is still the best way to truly encounter the truths inside. The printed studies can be purchased on The Hagios Study website.

Who are these studies for?

The studies are written to be sensitive to all Christian denominations. They are ideal for both men and women in small group ministries.

Although initially for Catholic small group study, these studies can easily be embraced by all Christian denominations that 1) believe the Bible is the inspired word of God 2) Jesus is the Son of God and 3) Jesus' words in the Gospels apply to our lives today. Each study focuses on a passage from the Gospels and incorporates one Christian historical figure that has been recognized by multiple Christian denominations as "set apart by God."

Will you have more studies in the future?

The Hagios Study plans to release 1-2 studies a year. Every study will be available here in the mobile app. This is only possible through support, so please share the app, donate on the website or purchase one of the printed studies.

My church wants to do this as a small group, do you offer features specific to organizations?

Yes, the app will be releasing a feature to allow churches to create small groups for discussion right inside the app. Feel free to contact The Hagios Study for further questions about how they can help you offer one of the studies to your parishioners or congregation.

Can I download the meditation music off the mobile app?

The meditation music for the Reflect sections was written and produced exclusively for The Hagios Study by The Vigil Project. By viewing the Media section on the app, you can listen directly to the meditations with easy access. For now, the music will remain in the app.
