This app is for busy Mums who just need some me time. We cover many holistic modalities including, simple breathwork, mini meditations, balancing the 7 chakras, deep sleep routines, aromatherapy and healing at home with the 5 elements and reflexology. We have a community area for support on your journey of self discovery and tracking, if you want to track your progress, we look forward to meeting you.

The download of The Holistic Hub is free of charge. Should you use The Holistic Hub app to access in-app content, we offer one of the following options:

Free plan(s) - available to subscribe free of charge.

Subscription based plan(s) - a recurring payment will be charged to your credit card after the trial period ends and when a subscription renews. A subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing.

Subscription(s) can be managed and auto-renewal turned off in Account Settings in the App Store after purchase.

One-time purchase based plan(s) - a payment will be charged to your credit card only once.
