Our knee exercise programs follow a phased approach designed to help you build a strong foundation for lasting knee health:
Phase 1: We’ll begin with simple yet effective exercises that are designed to help you feel better. We'll guide you through exercises using a foam roller and gentle stretches to release the typical tightness around your knee, and your lower body depending on the program. These exercises are chosen specifically to address common movement pattern imbalances that can contribute to knee pain.
Phase 2: We introduce you to strength exercises that build on your progress made in Phase 1, helping you strengthen your body while reinforcing healthy movement patterns. These exercises are carefully selected to address any imbalances that might be contributing to altered biomechanics, so you can stay active and prevent injury.
Phase 3 (coming soon): In this phase, we guide you through more advanced strength exercises that build on everything you’ve achieved in Phases 1 and 2. We’ll start using equipment to challenge your body even more, helping you improve your everyday movements or get ready for more intense training, like racing or higher-level activities.
