To access the Merchant application, an employee must be created through the merchant portal by the business owner or authorized personnel. This process ensures that only authorized individuals have access to the app and can perform necessary tasks. If an employee leaves the company or no longer requires access to the Merchant application, they can be easily deleted from the Merchant Portal, ensuring system security and integrity.
