The Method is the premiere fitness studio in Downtown Los Angeles. The first black owned gym downtown combines boxing, fitness, recovery, and an atmosphere unmatched by any other studio. The original concept of our signature Metcon class combines power cycling, versa climbers, and strength training to hit all three metabolic systems in the body in just 30 minutes. Short for metabolic conditioning, the class focuses on specifically regulated periods of work to rest that produces the desired response from the body.
