A dedicated expert will work with you personally, on a one-to-one basis, to help you achieve your Health, Fitness and Wellbeing goals.

You will benefit from an individually tailored plan which covers your meals, your exercise, your mindset and your specific goals.

Your personal expert will be in contact with you as often as you want them to be, daily if that’s what you want, to help you avoid the pitfalls and the things that day to day life throw at you.

You’ll have access to a members only app where you can access all the information you need, record your food and drink intake and your completed exercise programme, so you and your mentor can track your progress and make any adjustments as necessary.
