Get your own training plan that automatically updates every 6 weeks; allowing you to challenge yourself further and push you out of your comfort zone. When selecting the NSF Method option you get:

- Training plan that updates every 6 weeks
- Video demonstrations of exercises
- Calorie and Macro target based on your goals
- Daily habits checklist to track your water intake, sleep, recovery and more
- Weekly overview form where you can evaluate your week to keep yourself accountable and on track to reaching your desired goal.


Online Coaching

Online coaching is like having a Personal Trainer in your pocket. You will be working directly with me and receive a more detailed, in depth plan that is specific to your goals. Online Coaching provides you with:

- Tailored Training programme which is designed specifically for you, your goals and capabilities
- Calorie & Macro target based on your goals, tailored nutritional advice with a meal guide based on your likes/dislikes.
- Video demonstrations of exercises
- Daily check in form to keep your accountable every day
- Weekly check ins from me via zoom (weekly check in form to be filled out by you)
- Monthly Google Chats calls to go over the previous month and plan the month ahead

Pre & Post Natal

Pre and Post Natal gives you an option to buy a training plan per trimester, plus a post natal training plan after birth. With the Pre & Post Natal option you get:

- Training Plan for the trimester you are in
- Recommended calorie & protein intake (based on your pre-pregnancy weight)
- Video demonstrations of exercises
- Daily habits checklist
- Weekly overview to evaluate your week and keep yourself accountable

Please note; if you are having any complications in your pregnancy or post pregnancy, please contact me directly as an Online Coaching option would be more suited so that I can tailor your programme to your needs.
