What is it about?

A creative place where others in your place visit. We want our collective community of mental health heroes to find each other. An Oasis describes a beautiful place that springs up in a desert. It starts with water, small plants grow, small shrubs grow, then a miracle happens, and larger trees start to shade the once barren ground. In the shade individuals find others and community grows. An Oasis in the desert takes about 10 years to establish and we are celebrating our 10th year with you by opening The Oasis. An Oasis has to be care for as it can only give what it has, it can only provide what has been provided. We want to open our Oasis to you to collaborate, to share, to find others. Our organisation is in the stage where we want to grow into the Vision we all share. What is that Vision? Sometimes it's something we dare not dream for fear of being unable to get to our dreams. Dreams for a better world. What if an amazing group of kind, creative, generous heroes were to work together, build an oasis and then share that with others? One person at a time, one friendship at a time, one dream at a time.
