Eliminate the need for repeated Writing or Copying & Pasting of frequently used Log / Report Entries. Simply create and save as many preset entries as you need, ready for use when you need! Create “My Presets” for personal use on any task, or “Task Presets” for team member use on a specific task.

Brevity Codes
Brevity Codes can be Callsigns, Codewords, Codenames, Nicknames or Abbreviations, used to reference People, Locations, Vehicles, Assets, Etc. Operatives on the ground, often use Brevity Codes to shorten and simplify communications, while reducing the chances of confusion and ambiguity at critical moments. However, Operations and certainly Clients, do not always want to see such "Jargon" within their Final Reports. At the point of Report Generation have all relevant Brevity Codes converted to read as desired by Operations and the Client, AUTOMATICALLY!
