Welcome to The Pilates Firm! We are a boutique-style fitness studio specializing in small group classes and private instruction servicing Cypress, Tomball, and Spring Texas for over twelve years. Our certified instructors are known for customized modification, detailed instruction, and long-term client relationships. Our small class sizes, instructor-written programs, and knowledge of our clients' abilities and restrictions allow us to elevate the experience and provide individual attention in a group setting. Although we specialize in reformer Pilates and MELT classes, we also provide comprehensive one-on-one instruction for those who require post-rehabilitation, athletic training, or who are looking to improve knowledge and body awareness. We would be honored to be a part of your wellness journey at any age or ability! In-person and virtual services are available.
