The cute Ohenro-kun guides you around Shikoku's holy sites and points you toward recommended spots!
Visit the holy sites and collect talismans! Supports five languages to build awareness for recognition as a World Heritage Site!


■ Features
1. A convenient app for pilgrimages on foot or by car, or for tourism in Shikoku. It's also great for people who haven't been to Shikoku or don't know what ohenro are.
2. Uses AR (augmented reality) to display transparent images over the way you're facing, making it easy to see where your destination is relative to the way you're going.
3. Shows on a map where your destination is relative to your current location.
4. Shows detailed information about your destination, such as photos, phone numbers, addresses, events, URLs, etc.
5. Offers course recommendations to fully enjoy what Shikoku has to offer.
6. The "stamp rally" lets you collect talismans depending on the primary deity of the temple and track your progress to completion.
7. Offers video tutorials showing pilgrimage etiquette.


■ Basic controls
1. Launch the app and select "Go on pilgrimage" from the Top Menu.
2. Select a destination from the list or map. Tapping > on the right will show detailed information about the destination. You can also select your destination there.
3. Once you select a destination, the navigation screen appears and navigation begins.
4. When you approach within 50m of the destination, a pop-up appears to notify you. When you select a destination again, navigation will begin once more.


■ Important notes
1. The app makes frequent use of various sensors and calculation processing, leading to relatively heavy battery consumption. Using it over long periods of time requires connection to a power source.
2. Map displays require a network connection via Wi-Fi or another communication network. If network access is unavailable, map information may not display correctly. Please take care when using the app, especially in mountainous areas.
3. Do not use the app while driving or look at the screen while walking. Pilgrimage routes includes dangerous areas that are not well-maintained, so please be aware of your surroundings.
4. The route displayed is not the historical pilgrimage route, but is a route calculated by computer. In case of road closures due to natural disaster, etc., take alternate routes in accordance with actual road conditions.
