The Prompter

The Prompter turns your iOS device into a very simple teleprompter screen for use with any of a number of teleprompter kits available these days. What sets this app apart from others is the ease of usability including the ability to control the teleprompter remotely from a wireless keyboard, a remote control device, or through any web browser on the network.

It has all the features you need in a teleprompter and none of the extraneous stuff. Flip the text horizontally, vertically or both. Configure scrolling based on words per minute, total time from beginning to end, or raw pixels per second scrolling speed.

If you don't like the auto scrolling, you can just as easily split your text up into multiple "slides" that can be clicked through with any of the remote control interfaces available.
