App Store Description

"What is Screenplay Coverage?" you ask? It's a written analysis of a script. Simple, right?

"Yea, but is it necessary?"

Nope. Not at all...but is it useful? EXTREMELY!

Think of your favorite writer. Maybe it's Tarantino. As great as his work is, you better believe he gets notes. No one -- and I mean NO ONE -- is gonna shove 80 million dollars into a movie without analyzing a script and giving notes and feedback. What you see on screen is NEVER the first draft. Someone other than the writer had a say about what words made it on to that screen.

So while it's not necessary, it's totally unavoidable!

Here at The Shooting Script we don't promise just insightful feedback; we promise professionalism, confidentiality, reliability, honesty -- we can go on. The Shooting Script want's what you want -- your success. We want to see your film made. Our Industry Pro's know what it feels like to see your work come to life. It's something every writer should experience at least once.

We want your script to be in Shooting Script condition by the time you implement our notes and feedback. While we are honest in our critiques and straight forward, we don't bash the writer; If your script is great, then we have no problem telling you and telling others (with your consent of course).

At The Shooting Script all of our readers work independently. Each reader will evaluate your screenplay on their own and they will not share opinions or notes. Feel free to compare notes between readers so you can apply what works and what doesn't for your script accordingly.

Your first impression can be your lasting impression, so let The Shooting Script help you make your first impression your best impression.

The Shooting Script has a turnaround time of up to 72 hours unless otherwise noted.
