The Unified Protocol (UP) is a type of therapy that comes from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) which can be used to help individuals who are experiencing anxiety, depression, and emotional issues. The UP can be help you address a variety of different symptoms and problems.
Go through a series of modules, learn about ways to understand yourself and complete homework to further your understanding.
The UP App allows for users to learn about Unified Protocol therapy through five separate modules. Then users can apply what they have learned with quizzes after each module. Each module also includes a discussion section to allow users talk about the module they learned about.
The UP App also allows users to create personal profiles and allows people inside the application to chat with each other one on one.
