"I am thankful for the people in my life because..."

Sentence completions are a class of semi-structured projective sentences that guides the reader into a proactive thinker. The very nature of an incomplete sentence forces the reader to fill in the blanks with their own inner thoughts. This is the guiding principle behind Think Habit, an application that helps people build a healthy mental model of thinking by challenging them to invoke thoughts about different situations and scenarios.

The challenge consists of finishing an incomplete stem of thought with six to ten grammatically correct endings without thinking much about the answer. This process should require no forethought, as anything that comes to mind whether good or bad should be unplanned and natural in response. The effect is a gradual understanding of one's self and an attuning of thinking that habitually regenerates in times of need.

This method of mental engineering was developed by Nathaniel Branden, Ph.D. Branden was the leading researcher and author on self-esteem from 1960 to this day. His discoveries in this field spanned decades of research and sentence completions have been the most effective means of therapy for this type of mental health.

Think Habit delivers this methodology to people in an easy-to-use format with consistency and privacy concerns in mind. Download the app today and begin your process of building a habit that will last a lifetime.
