Hello! Thanks so much for giving our app a shot. Our goal is to help you feel happier in the moment and more satisfied with your life in general. To achieve this, we’ll give you daily assignments called quests. Quests are primarily drawn from positive psychology literature and are proven to improve happiness. Other quests will be designed to help you develop habits and achieve goals that you choose for yourself.



Journeys are a collection of daily quests geared around a common theme (e.g., Gratitude) or a goal (e.g. Improved Productivity). You’ll typically choose a journey that interests you and then progress through the journey by completing daily quests. Based on your ongoing feedback, the app will begin to customize journeys and quests to tailor the experience specially to you.



You can choose to use the app on your own or with an accountability buddy. The idea of the accountability buddy is that you can see each other’s responses to different quests (You’ll always have the option to keep a given response private) and can offer each other encouragement, feedback and support.


Lastly, you have the ability to create your own Quests. You can choose to create a quest that’s just for you or if you think other users in the community would benefit from your Quest, you can submit it to be included in the app for everyone.
Some of the quests are easy and can be completed in a minute. Other quests are more challenging. However, if people are willing to commit to going to the gym regularly to improve their body, or to meditate to improve their mind, why not invest consistently in your happiness?
