Thyself is a journaling app that utilizes an interface similar to your typical messaging app to promote journaling that appears as though you are messaging yourself.

However, Thyself introduces a few things you won't find when using a messenger designed to communicate with others: prompts and feelings.

Thyself has a catalog of prompts at your disposal, ranging from the hypothetical to the historical. New prompts are added regularly and you may always revisit prompts you've already answered.

Selecting a feeling and emoticon combo adds the entry large and center so that you may expand on why you are feeling that way.

As a premium user, you may also add photos to your entries and select an alternate theme and app icon.
