• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually at the rate selected depending on the subscription plan. Tick Memo offers two auto-renewing subscription options:

• You can subscribe to a yearly plan (4.99$ billed once a year), a monthly plan (1.99$ billed once a month) or a monthly plan that comes with a free 7 days trial (1.99$ billed once a month after the free trial expires).
• Your Premium Subscription will automatically renew at the end of each term and your credit card will be charged through your iTunes, unless you cancel 24 hours in advance.
• You can cancel the subscription or the free trial anytime via the subscription setting through your iTunes account. Do it at least 24 hours before the end of the free trial or subscription period to avoid being charged.
• You can turn off auto-renew at any time from your iTunes account settings but refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term. Alternatively, Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.

How do I restore Tick Memo subscription on new devices?
You can tap the 'Restore purchases' button in the Settings section or in the subscription page.
